XP

What is it?

XP is a new kind of currency which you can earn by spending time playing on the servers. You can earn XP in a number of new ways, which incentivises not just grinding rides but instead actually playing on the server.

XP can be earned through riding rides, spending Coins, and completing Quests. The system is dynamic, rewarding more complex tasks highly.

XP also is synced across all servers, meaning you can earn on any of our fabulous parks!

How do I get XP?

You can earn XP through three different ways:

Riding Rides

You can earn a number of XP points upon completion of a ride. The longer and more exciting the ride, the more XP you earn.

If it is the first time you are riding that specific ride today, you will earn double XP.

Completing Quests

XP can also be earned through completing daily Quests. These are a set of three challenges every day which give out extra XP on top of the XP earned by riding the rides to complete the Quest.

All players get the same daily quests each day.

Spending Coins

XP is also available when spending Coins in some shops. This is available when buying some merchandise and other items. For this, you get +1XP for every 2 Coins spent.

It is not available when buying food, on-ride photographs, or playing arcade games. Please also note that this is not available in all shops - it will be rolled out slowly.

What is my XP Multiplier?

You can also earn extra XP with your XP multiplier. This is linked to your streak – every day which you come online, you extend your streak by 1. For every day in your streak, you get a +0.05x multiplier. This applies to all XP that you earn; therefore, the longer your daily streak, the more XP you can earn for each ride.

Levelling Up

Earning XP will unlock XP Levels. These unlock automatically as you reach milestones and make new items available in the Cosmetics Shop. The levels increase each time, so as you earn more and more with your multiplier, it should take around the same amount of time to level up, but these may be adjusted in future to make it easier or harder.

Your level is determined by how much XP you have collected in total, not how much you have available to spend.

What are Streak Freezes and XP Boosters?

Streak Freezes

Streak Freezes can be used to prevent your streak from resetting if you miss joining the server for a day.

Streak Freezes can be purchased from the Cosmetics Shop for 500 XP once you reach Level 3. Once purchased, you will receive an item, which can be consumed by pressing right click - this then makes the Streak Freeze active and the next time you miss a day it will be used to prevent your streak from resetting.

You can have more than one Streak Freeze active at once.

XP Boosters

XP Boosters give you a temporary boost to your XP Multiplier for a limited amount of time, so that you can earn more XP.

XP Boosters can be purchased from the Cosmetics Shop from Level 5 and above. Once purchased, you will receive an item, which can be consumed by pressing right click - this then activates the XP Booster across all servers immediately and you will earn extra XP for a limited time.

There are different strengths of XP Booster:

Basic XP Boosters last for 15 minutes from the point of activation
Advanced XP Boosters last for 30 minutes from the point of activation
You can get both Basic and Advanced Boosters with a multiplier of 2.0x, 4.0x, 6.0x, 8.0x and 10.0x. The item will have text saying what strength and duration it is.

Some events will also have a global ambient XP Boost - this will be announced in our discord!

The Cosmetics Shop

XP can be spent on exciting cosmetics in an all new Cosmetics Shop. Each level unlocks new purchases in the shop, and you can buy these from a new menu accessed via a shop near

each park entrance or with /cosmetics. You can spend your XP to purchase these new cosmetics – some are unique to the XP shop and will sync across all the servers.

More unique Cosmetics will be added over time, including some limited-edition Cosmetics specifically for events!

Trails

Trails are a way to show off your status with a sparkly particle that follows you around the servers! You can select your active Trail in the Cosmetics Shop.

Warp Effects

Warp Effects are another way to show off with a custom particle effect when you use /warp. You can select your active Warp Effect in the Cosmetics Shop.

Mystery Boxes

Mystery Boxes are a way to get three random items, Coins, or cosmetics. You can purchase available Mystery Boxes through the Cosmetics Shop. This will give you a Mystery Box item.

To open your Mystery Box, find a good spot and right click to open the box. Then, when prompted, left click to proceed. Each Mystery Box contains 3 cards with random rewards. You can view the odds for each type of Mystery Box here.
