How do I find my unique Player ID?
You can find your unique Player ID on the sidebar to the right-hand side of the screen in-game or by typing /audio in the chat in-game. Your ID should be in the form [player name]-[ID number] - for example, BlockCoasters-1234
I'm having trouble connecting to the website
Check your internet connection - if you continue to have issues, email us and we will do our best to sort the problem
I found an issue with the webpage - how do I report it?

I can't open the webpage and server simultaneously
You can connect to the AudioServer from a different device to the one you are playing the Minecraft server on!
Can I download the music?
No, the music played on our AudioServer is not available for download, and is protected international creative commons laws.
Can I choose what's playing?
The music that's playing is determined by the area you're in in the park - why not explore to try out all of the different tracks?
It's not working on some servers?
At the moment, only BlockCoasters Server Hub and Alton Towers PE are supported on the AudioServer, with more servers to be supported in future versions.
